NOTE- Before putting your house on the market, even if it's a "fixer", you should remove any carcasses you might find laying in the yard. I was previewing for a client and came across this fellow here:
JetCityRealty.comAvian flu? Kids with BB guns? This along with the decomposing matter I found inside is *not* good for business- fixer or not. It's one thing to see a house needing to be raked or torn down, and quite another to be sickened by entering (believe me when I tell you I am sparing you the gory details). These are things I see quite a bit in homes at the lower end of the price scale...and it never ceases to amaze me. Personally, as an agent I'd pick up the yard a bit if this was my listing. Wow...
